do you see any MALE CELEBRITIES OR ATHLETES (who have those great bodies, some are slim, some ripped) who STARVE THEMSELVES AT ALLLLL???? NOOOO!!!
Contrary to what the guy said above me, a lot of girls do work out and participate in sports and still diet. The thing with girls is that we don’t want the same muscle structure that guys strive for. We want to look more feminine with some muscle tone and we certainly don’t want to overdo it. Personally, I only go on diets to maintain my weight and sometimes I go on them so that I can enjoy the food I love later. Diets for me aren’t a constant in my life and most of the time I do enjoy food. Diets for me are just something I need to implement once in a while to maintain my body and weight
