I have read countless articles online and in health-related magazines that Resveratrol is one of the most potent antioxidants out there (not to mention that it helps you lose weight, improves skin conditions, and countless other benefits), and really want to try one of the supplements available out there.     There is no best supplement since different people have different needs.

    To some high potency would mean the product is the best, others may want the purest extract. Some supplements have additional herbs that aid in weight loss as well if you want that feature.

    Do your research and choose what works for you.

    Personally I go with high potency. In the end you save money since you don’t have to take as many capsules.
