I'm trying to get my body toned up before summer and I know that it's not possible without dieting. I'm not fat or anything I just don't have any tone to my body. So I was wondering what a good diet is in order for this to happen?

and MUCHO protien for muscle building!!
Most Fitness Prof. will tell you to follow a strict 40-40-20 diet, meaning your diet should ideally consist of: 40% Protein, 40% Carbohydrates, 20% Fat.
How do you know if your getting the right percents? For one day, record everything you plan on eating, following my food selection suggestions below. Write down how much calories, fat, protein, carbs, fiber, etc you consumed at the end of the day.
Then, follow this simple math:
Take your fat grams and multiply them by 9. Then divide by the total number of calories you consumed and push the percent key. What is your number? is it around 20%?
Do the same thing for the protein and carbs except multiply both of them by 4 (instead of 9). They should each be around 40%.
**Also, to lose weight, try eating no more than 1500cals. per day. I hope you can make time to work out several times a week as well!
The next key is to eat CLEAN. No junk food.No processed, sugar foods. No matter how much you work out, if you consume these types of foods regularily it will prevent fat loss!
What does this mean for you? You CANNOT drink pop of any kind, sweets, chips, pizza, cheeseburgers, etc. The only liquid you should be drinking is water, and alot of it! Exception: Teas are fine, or Fuzee low cal juices.
Thridly, you must eat 5-6 small-moderate meals per day. This will keep your metabolism up and help you burn fat around the clock. This will take some planning on your part so that you can effectlvely stay on track during work/school or whatever other committments you have! Plan ahead, buy your foods fresh. Don’t eat out.
After my girlfriend had a baby she tried all types of workouts but the two that worked best for her were her boxing classes and the stripper pole aerobics. I paid for her to go a boxing trainer and I bought her a pole from http://www.LasVegasStripperPoles.com and she looks the way she did before the baby.
Weight loss, diet, and exercise for women. Let\'s face it, women and men respond differently to weight loss programs. This blog deals with female-specific issues when it comes to dieting and exercise.
