He walks around the block and loses weight. She doesn't lose an ounce. Then recommends the product for women to lose weight. Anyone know what product it is?

The diet pill being advertised in the comercial you are talking about is called SlimQuick. It is supposed to be designed just for women. You can actually search the name on YouTube and see the commercials.
