I'm trying to get my body toned up before summer and I know that it's not possible without dieting. I'm not fat or anything I just don't have any tone to my body. So I was wondering what a good diet is in order for this to happen?
Have to lose weight, was diagnosed with PCOS and is trying to concieve. Currently being treated with Metformin. Thanks in advance !! I should add that I have a 11yr old daughter as well.
