Despite the nurturing attributes that come naturally to moms, sometimes they seek help and guidance in being the best moms they can be. Maybe they are worried because they can’t provide their children with all the material luxuries they wish they could, maybe they feel like they are not as educated as they should be, or maybe they just have other characteristics that make them doubt themselves – such as carelessness, impatience, or immaturity. No mother is perfect, but it doesn’t hurt anything to aim towards magnificence when it comes to mothering.

So Far, So Good

If you have carried a child in your womb and given birth to him or her, you’ve already done something magnificent! You now have a child who needs and loves you – an innocent little being that does not judge you on how much money or education you have, on whether or not you’re wearing stylish clothes, on what you smell like, or even if you have a booger in your nose! It’s relaxing to finally meet a human being who doesn’t yet know how to judge and who hasn’t yet been taught what’s hot and what’s not. So the first thing you should do is relax and enjoy this unconditional love. Your baby loves you simply because you’re you – your existence is reason enough!

And it Just Keeps Getting Better from Here…

There are mothers, bless their hearts, who go to great lengths to provide their children with the best toys, clothes, books, activities and lessons there are. It is wonderful that they want to give their children the best start in life – that they want their children to be bright and early learners, to develop talents, wear attractive clothes, and to experience the best of opportunities – these mothers probably know their children will appreciate all the things they’ve done for them someday… But remember, children loved you as you were before, and they didn’t even ask you for any of those things. If you’re doing so much that it makes you feel stressed or burdened by motherhood, your child may end up feeling like he or she is to blame – and it’s hard to keep loving someone who sees him or her as a burden – which causes a cycle of hurt and resentment to go back and forth for years ahead. The most magnificent of mothers provide their children with love – that’s it – love. As simple as it sounds, love is often confused with things it’s not. Love is not screaming at your children to get in the car so that you can take them to swimming lessons while you’re so stressed out you could snap. Love is not exhausting yourself working all the time to purchase expensive toys and name-brand clothes, and then subconsciously seeing your children as leaches that suck you dry. Love is not doing so much for your children that you turn them into spoiled, begging, demanding brats… Love is love. Children can feel love from a person who does just the basic things for them – fixes them food, keeps them clean, takes care of them when they’re sick and helps them to learn. To you, it may not feel like you’re doing enough for them, but the expression of love on your face when you’re relaxed enough to look at them and smile is priceless. It tells your children you truly delight in who they are, and that you truly love being their mother! And those are the secrets of being a magnificent mom!

Their answers may surprise you because they will tell you something you had never thought about before, or realized you were doing to undermine your happiness. Sometimes, when emotional issues are deeply embedded or more difficult to overcome, a person may need to seek the advice of a professional. Don’t’ be afraid to talk to a counselor regarding dating issues. Many individuals have the problem of repeating dating patterns and many are helped daily by seeing the proper therapist.

Get ready for a trip down memory lane, because a favorite TV series from the ‘80s is making its way back into our lives and onto the store shelves. A-Team season 5 was released onto DVD.

A Brief Recap

It has been quite some time since The A-Team aired on television, so I think it is fair to say that we can all use a little history lesson. Set in 1972, a military commando unit was sentenced to prison by a military court for crimes that they did not commit. This team promptly escaped and continued doing what it did best, humiliating their foes and standing up for the little guy, surviving as soldiers of fortune. The A-Team was lead by Hannibal, and consisted of tough guy B.A. Baracus, handsome con man “Face”, and the insane pilot Murdock.

Features of the Fifth Season

While the fifth season of The A-Team contains the same action and humor that the series was famous for, there are changes as well. The team was joined by Frankie “Dishpan” Santana, who was a special effects artists and a friend of Hannibal’s. In this season, the team is captured by General Hunt Stockwell, and they are sentenced to a firing squad, all of them but Murdock. The story carries on with more exciting action and drama, with a plot twist that involved a change of heart on the part of General Hunt Stockwell. Though the fifth season of The A-Team earned mixed reviews and held a love/hate relationship with the fans, it is truly a collectible. Old and new fans alike will want this DVD in their collection, to serve as a reminder of the television we used to have and the characters that we will always miss.

Although many types of warts are more of a nuisance than a health hazard, they are unsightly and can be irritating. There is no surefire preventative measure that you can take to avoid getting a wart but there are treatments to get rid of them. Some common types of skin warts include, flat warts, common warts and filiform warts.

Over-the-counter wart removal treatments

One way people get rid of flat or common warts is to apply an over-the-counter topical cream, gel, pads or ointment to the affected area. Medicines sold over-the-counter for wart removal generally contain Salicylic-acid, which dissolves the protein found in the wart and the dead skin that surrounds it. Since most of the wart is made up of protein, applying salicylic-acid will dissolve the wart.

Another way to get rid of flat or common warts is to freeze the wart off. Your local drugstore will have a shock freeze pen. This is a onetime treatment method for removing a wart. Care should be taken when applying the freeze stick. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after the treatment and throw away the wart and materials used to get rid of it when you are done to avoid contaminating another region of the body or someone else.

Home remedies for wart removal

Besides over-the-counter solutions there are some home remedies which can be effective in getting rid of a wart, however you may find them to be uncomfortable and decide to try a different solution. Suffocating the wart by covering it with tape is one method. Duct tape is the best method but you have to leave the tape on almost all of the time, for at least a week, in order for this method to be effective. One way to get rid of filliform warts, which usually appear on the face or neck area is to apply a slice of a raw potato to the affected area. The potassium in the potato works to fight the HPV virus.

1. You should first protect the area surrounding area with a petroleum jelly being careful not to cover the wart.

2. File off the top of the wart with a disposable nail file.

3. Place a thin slice of the raw potato to the wart,

4. Cover with a bandage overnight for a week or more until the wart falls off.

Overtime a wart will fall off on its own, but to speed up the process a home remedy or a visit to the doctor’s office will help.

I am 14 and I want to prevent premature aging. If you say oh my gosh you are to young then you should know that it is better to work on it now than to cure later.

So basically I want an inexpensive anti-aging lotion/cream that I can buy at my local drugstore. (Please make sure your recommendations are ones that are for daytime or all day.) I have normal to dry skin and would like something that has at least 2.5 FL OZ. Please give me a link to the product with reviews!
