I am looking for a good dry dog food for my adult dog and I had heard about the Nutrish dog food from Rachael Ray. I was wondering if anyone had tried it or heard anything about it.

I agree it is a crappy food. It is also available at a grocery store, which should tell you it has the left over human ingredients in it, not the real stuff.
http://www.dogfoodproject.com can help you understand how to tell if a food is good. Along with where the money goes since most people feeding crappy food see the price and think its a waste when in fact it is a waste to feed crap.
I was actually wondering about this as well; so I spent some time looking at reviews and articles online in regards to the nutritional value and etc. for Nutrish. I noticed another answer recommended against the food because it’s from Rachel Ray; but honestly, everything I read said that this was a high quality food at a reasonable price. It lacked the fillers present in so many unhealthy pet foods and contained a lot ingredients essential to good health. On top of that, pet owners report a healthier pet after switching to Nutrish. There is even mention that Nutrish looks and smells better than some other foods on the market.
Weight loss, diet, and exercise for women. Let\'s face it, women and men respond differently to weight loss programs. This blog deals with female-specific issues when it comes to dieting and exercise.
If anything has been “approved” by Mrs Rachel Ray, it must be true garbage. Stay away.
No check out http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com and try to find a better quality food. The RR food is full of fillers and crap your dogs don’t need.
I have heard a couple say it is a bit better than the super low end stuff.

For both of them meat is the first ingredient (beef or chicken) followed by chicken meal, and while there is still corn and animal fat it is lower down on the list than on 100% junk food like Beneful : http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/dog_food_reviews/showproduct.php?product=1873&cat=all

I am not saying that you can’t find better, but it isn’t the worst of the worst
I looked it up on http://www.dogfoodanalysis but it didn’t have a rating.
Nope. I’d do my research at http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com if I were you. My dogs eat Wellness Core Ocean.

Look on http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com for a good rated food, stay at 5 or 6 star reviews.

It’s not the best. It has coloring, fillers (like corn and wheat and soy), as well as a high salt level.
I believe raw is the thing a dog can eat.
