I just bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd. I did level 1 and it was a hard but good workout. It is only 20 minutes long and I am used to working out longet than this. What i would like to know is if you are supposed to do this everyday or every other day? It has some strength training and usually you are supposed to wait at least 24 hours to work the same muscle group. If anyone has any insight I would love to hear it. Thanks.
when i first started to do level one it was hard and my body hurt the next day so i was not doing it everyday and i don’t think u should if ur sore. but after ur body gets used to it u should do it everyday to loose weight faster, plus on the dvd she recommends that we do it everyday.
