I sometimes get a boner in yoga class. Do you think this is offensive to the women in the class?

I really just can't help it. I get very relaxed and, and then you wouldn't believe how good some of the people look in their tight clothes. I've tried to hu hide it with my clothing, but I've defintely noticed some looks. Should I be taking a break when this happens?

On one hand, they may be weirded out. On another they could be flattered because it means you find them attractive. Just wait it out and don’t bring attention to yourself when it happens :)

As long as you are clothed I think you are OK. This assumes of course that you are not dressing to reveal your d*ck. A jock strap would help.

How much sport have you played? This is pretty common with sportsmen and unless you are drawing attention to yourself it’s hard to believe people are noticing.

Just wear a loose pair of shorts and a floppy t-shirt and it will be much less noticeable.

The fact that you are also ogling your classmates is actually a separate matter ~ that is offensive. Keep your mind on your exercises, not your classmates.

    Cheers ;-)

Im sure they experience wetness and erections themselves from time to time. So just roll with it. if they stare cry harassment like they would

Just cover yourself up more, and no it is not offensive to those women. Its not like you have control over it.

Yeah, take a break and think unsexy thoughts. Yoga class should be about relaxation for all of the participants, and getting a stiffy can make other people uncomfortable. I’m not exactly the type to make a fuss (I’d think it was more funny than anything), but it might make other women uncomfortable. If it’s a common occurrence, try looser pants or other stiffy-hiding or killing attire. Remember, you’re in yoga to relax, not check people out!

it might make some woman uncomfortable, but if you can’t help it, then you can help it. try and think boring thoughts.

  9. Even the more accomplished yoga masters have this problem on occasion. Many of them actually wrap their pelvic area a few times with a thin, long and narrow cloth to hold that guy down and in place. Athletic supporters can help, but depending on how rigid they are, they’re not necessarily going to provide enough restraint.

So it is certainly not unnatural, and it could (sometimes does) make the more insecure people nervous or offended.

But its not your fault, and you can do something about it.
