I have the book and was ready to try it until I found there is an induction to it. I can not remember how long you have to eat a certain way and take vitamins. The jest of the book is portion control. We Americans already knew that right? I am on Weight Watchers myself. Just started the program and believe me when I say all WW is, is portion control.

i think it is how french woman stay so thin is because they do not over indulge in food, they like to taste there food, unlike americans i guess we just eat w/big bites and they take little bites.

basically portion control with some more restrictions and specifics at first. a friend lost quite a bit on this diet a few months ago, but….the last times I saw her, it was back on.
yes, I also think I saw this on Ophah. I think they eat slower and take longer lunch hours. They are not in a big hurry when it comes to eating. They savor every morsel of food is what I can remember.
