    Diets don’t work. Period!

My sister-in-law was on it. It’s a very healthy diet and the weight loss is slow, which is healthy too. She loses about two pounds a week. It’s a bit expensive, I think. She switched to the Mediterranean diet with the same results but easier to cook.

The only way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise.

As the first poster said, diets do not work.

You only have a few pounds to lose. You shouldn’t have a hard time doing it.

    Good Luck to You!!!

    Probably not… most likely just a fad. exercise…… exercise….exercise.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
