I just joined ($ 65 plus $ 39 for a “personal coach”). This site is a total joke. Buy the book instead.
Their own message boards are jammed with unhappy customers.
I called the 800# to ask for a refund since I didn’t receive what was promised. All I got was a rude girl telling me that if I had access to the website, I got what I paid for. She further explained that she “understands that overweight people are generally unhappy and we can’t satisfy all of you”.
Can you believe that ?
Being treated like second class for being overweight ?? At a website for weight loss !!!!
I have asked for a full refund again in writing, and this is the email response I received:

1. I signed up for the basic subscription and included the “personal coaching”, which is a joke.
2. I have NEVER received any “daily” emails from Harley.
3. The message boards are loaded with unhappy customers – something your service should take seriously.
4. The diet may very well work, but there is no support as promised and the diet plan is nearly impossible for the “average” person, yet there are no alternatives for you to build your own menu and know if you are meeting the diet plan needs.
I would like 100% of my money refunded ASAP. I paid $ 65 for the subscription and $ 39 for the coaching.
