I didn’t see Rachel Ray but I have a magnetic dry-erase board. It’s so cool to either stick things to it or write on it. There are even magnets that look like push-pins which you can get at Container Store or Lowe’s. Not sure where the board came from, but it can’t be that hard. Target, Container Store, etc.
The easiest thing to do is get a piece of sheet metal and maybe put something thin over it to make it look better (unless you like the metal hardware look) and maybe put it inside a picture frame.
If you know what episode that it aired on then you can search the site to fine out info http://www.rachaelrayshow.com/show/segments/view/Kristans-diy-911/
Hope that this helps
Wal-mart and craft stores like Michaels sell magnetic sheets that have adhesive on the back and you can cut to size
Weight loss, diet, and exercise for women. Let\'s face it, women and men respond differently to weight loss programs. This blog deals with female-specific issues when it comes to dieting and exercise.
any steel is good, but it has to be steel I would recommend 16 or18 gauge stainless or galvanized
