Ive been on the ph miracle diet for weightloss now for 16 days. I have probably had 3 days off were I ate normal food but my normal food is still salads or salad sandwichs. If you have a day off from this lifestyle diet will it automatically make your body go back to acidic rather than alkaline....Does it ruin your chances of losing weight if you have a day off a week?? Also has anyone else been on this diet and lost weight??

I really like fruits and veggies. I'm not too big into meat or cheese which is why the atkins would not work for me (Plus I dont think it is very healthy).
Before I go out and buy the book or whatever it is, how exactly does the South Beach Diet work?

I think thats why I see a lot of super skinny women. You doing the dieting to not have your monthly aunt flow? (I'm a women too.) Wondering whats the effects are, and is it really helpful. How far you had to diet down to in weight terms and still be able to do everyday tasks like housework and hold down a job.

I have been reading book: The pH Miracle. I would be interested what is your experience, oppinion on the things written in the book. Also I would need a list of acidity/alcalinity of food longer form what I can find in the book.

What EXACTLY is the 5 factor diet? What foods or meal plans can u exactly eat? I know Jessica Simpson used to do it, but Alicia keys and Eva Mendes do it and Eva was all gun hoe about it and how it changed her life. Has anyone tried it and what foods can u eat on the diet/portions? I looked at the main website but im not gna pay just to read it. I need to know what do and what the 5 factors consist of. Thanks!

I need to start a diet and don't know which way to go. Adkins has been successful in the past, but I love skim milk and fruit and I believe that you can have those on the South Beach diet. Can anyone give me information on this subject?
