I'm particularly interested in the possibility that resveratrol can preserve cell activity as people age, including whether it can become available cheaply enough for that purpose.

I have really really dry skin and most moisturisers aren't enough for me and leave me with dry skin. I want to use an anti-aging cream (am 25) but has to be something that will be enough for my skin!

resveratrol tablets quite often have deteriorated. I want to make my own. Is there any way that I can extract and concentrate it? It is supposed to extend your lifespan.

I would really like to know that because Christmas is coming up and I know that my mom would really like an anti-aging cream, she has used a lot over the counter products but can't seem to find one that truly works. I understand Resveratrol is found in red wine, but I don't drink alcohol and the 60 minute piece seemed to indicate it was years away.

I'm 25 now and lately I've been thinking about starting a nightly routine of anti wrinkle / anti aging cream. Is it too soon or better to start now than when I actually have wrinkles?
