I just recently got the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred yesterday and did it and damn near died. I am in so much pain in my legs especially so I am wondering am I suppose to do this everyday or every other day? Please let me know I will try and push through it just so I can get results ASAP. Tell me your experience or what advice you may have Thanks Did anyone get results with this dvd?
i used to do the 30 day shred and i know what you mean. i did it every other day though. cause it makes you sooo sore!
I have read that some people do it everyday. I have done it two days in a row and I think I will shoot for day three. I looked at the recommendation on the menu section and it wasn’t clear to me. From, my understanding to build muscle you are supposed to rest your muscles to let them regenerate but my muscles feel better when I do it and the brevity of the workout. Perhaps, I have not been drinking enough water. But I would compare this workout to other boot camp like exercise and in boot camp, I believe you workout at least 6 days a week. So I am pushing through but be careful to listen to my body to avoid injury. Good luck!
You shouldn’t because I read that if your muscle is sore and you work out your not training that muscle your breaking it down so if you sore take 1 or 2 days as a resting period if your muscle is still sore after 2 days you should see doctor because you could have pulled that muscle
